I read Dale's poem last night. When you mentioned Portland in your last post, I wondered if you two might get together. It's gratifying to read both accounts.


I liked Dale's poem a lot - didn't realize it grew out a meat-world meeting! Cool.


I'm sorry though that it should feel "aimed at you." I really meant it to be for you. And of course you're shrewdly right about who's speaking. As someone observed, once upon a time, "it's always the first person speaking, really" :-)



"Aimed" wasn't meant to imply anything weaponlike. Cameras are aimed too.
